Woman passed out in car at coin laundry

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers are responding to a report from a laundromat parking lot near Highway 80 in Hazard about a woman passed out behind the wheel of a dark-colored vehicle. She is possibly intoxicated, and deputies are going to check on her condition and safety.
