Blue van driving erratically on Highway 150

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a blue van driving erratically northbound on a state highway near Hazleton. The caller stated the vehicle was crossing the center and fog lines and changing speeds. It appears to be a possible impaired or unsafe driving situation based solely on radio communications.
