Loose dog on Highway 101 near Healdsburg Avenue

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to reports of a loose white and brown medium-sized dog on the right shoulder of northbound Highway 101 near Healdsburg Avenue. The reporting party had earlier seen the dog chased into nearby city streets and unsuccessfully tried to help it on the freeway.
