Dog found safe in running car at Walmart lot

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to the parking lot of a Walmart on North Cooper Drive about a gray Honda that was left running with the doors locked and a dog inside. The vehicle appeared secure, the windows felt cool, and the dog appeared fine, so rescue services were canceled.
