Injured man after reported assault at Westcott Beach

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were sent to the boat launch area at Westcott Beach State Park near Henderson for a reported male with possible injuries from an assault. Deputies were already on scene when ambulance and first responders were dispatched.
