64-year-old man possibly having second stroke

It's going to be a Med One for a 64-year-old male, possibly having a 2nd stroke.

His other one was approximately a month ago.

Caller states awake and responding normally, does have facial drooping on the right side, unable to move his right side of his body at all, and he is able to talk but not understandable.
