Transformer issue causes fire response on Trotter Drive

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire units responded to a possible fire near the (number withheld) block of Trotter Drive in Heyworth. Crews found an electrical wire that had worn through and caused a transformer to pop, but there appeared to be no ongoing danger, and units returned to service.
