Reckless driving by gray Toyota SUV on South 12th

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers conducted a traffic stop on a gray SUV near the 100 block of South 12th Street in Hiawatha, Kansas, after reports it was passing other vehicles at very high speeds and possibly passing illegally. The vehicle had a Kansas personalized license plate.
