Balloons on power lines cause wire down at business

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews responded to a report of wires down near a business on Raritan Avenue in Highland Park. The issue apparently involved balloons on power lines near a motor service center next to a pizza shop, with no power interruption reported. Utilities were asked to be notified to address the hazard.
