I'm currently inbound to your facility with a 71 year old male patient.

Patient does have known COPD.

He was seen in your facility a couple, a week ago or so.

Did have a UTI at that time.

He was given some medication for that.

The past couple days he's just feeling general malaise and.

Weakness, not feeling well, having some issues with his right ear, thinking that maybe he may have an ear infection and possible UTI.
