Male falls from roof, breathing but unresponsive

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were dispatched to a home near West Third Street in Hills for a man who reportedly fell from a roof and was breathing but not fully alert. The call was relayed through Hennepin EMS and Rock County Ambulance and local first responders were sent to the scene.
