Unanswered 911 calls from Fort Hill youth camp

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers received repeated 911 calls and a text from the area of a youth camp near Fort Hill. The calls came from a cell phone that then appeared to be turned off, and responders were unable to speak with anyone. Staff at the camp are working with dispatch to identify whose phone is making the calls.
