Man conscious with shallow breathing at apartment

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a medical call at an apartment complex near Northeast John Olsen Avenue for a 45-year-old man who was conscious but having shallow breathing, lying on the floor and not following simple commands. He had reportedly been discharged from a hospital two days earlier and has a history of brain injury and schizophrenia. An additional code 3 ambulance was requested due to a mechanical issue with another unit.
