Reckless red pickup driver in store parking lot

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a possible road rage incident involving a red pickup that was reportedly driving erratically and nearly hit another driver before following her into a grocery store parking lot. The vehicles are now separated and the caller does not want contact.
