Cardboard box set on fire beside Hilo gym

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a possible arson incident near a gym in Hilo after a woman reported that security cameras showed a man lighting a cardboard box on fire next to the building earlier in the morning. The fire was no longer burning when it was reported, and the call appears to be for documentation.
