Man with self-inflicted cuts found intoxicated in vehicle

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded near River City for a reportedly intoxicated man in a vehicle with apparent self-inflicted cuts. He was removed from the vehicle and evaluated for several lacerations, which appeared less severe than first reported.
