Unconscious person reported near Hudson Street, Hoboken

As discussed during the dispatch call, units were dispatched to a report of an unconscious person on an upper floor of a building near a bar on Hudson Street in Hoboken. Responding personnel drove through the area but reportedly did not find a patient.
