Possible stroke patient unresponsive at home

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received an open line from a phone near the 300 block of Hillcrest Road in Holden. Call takers could hear background noise but no one answered. Responders contacted neighbors and reported this as an EMS call. They believe the patient may be having a possible stroke, but the door is locked and they cannot get inside.
