Exterior light fire at building on State Route 83

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews responded to a report of an exterior light fixture on fire on the side of a building near State Route 83. Dispatchers mentioned flames and heavy smoke at first, but arriving units initially reported nothing showing while checking different sides of the structure.
