Fire alarm at single-story commercial building

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire units were dispatched to a reported fire alarm at a commercial building near Carter in Hondo, Texas. Crews arrived to find no visible fire at the single-story structure and began investigating the alarm activation near an exit pull station. A key holder was reportedly on the way to the scene driving a blue Ford pickup truck.
