Downed power lines block alley on North Hubbard

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to reports of live power lines down in an alley area near North Elm Street and North Hubbard Street. Wires were described as hanging low from poles, touching the ground and a vehicle, and low enough that someone could possibly touch them. Utilities were notified and traffic on nearby roads did not appear to be affected.
