Odor of hot electrical smell outside Hornell home

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews are responding to a reported odor outside a residence near Locust Drive, across from Aspen Lane and Beechwood Terrace. The caller reported smelling a hot, possibly electrical odor while walking a dog, with construction vehicles also present in the area. Additional units are also responding to a fire alarm activation at a facility on State Road 19.
