Suspicious truck blocking spaces at nature park

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a suspicious black pickup truck blocking several parking spaces at a nature park in the Horseshoe Bay area. The vehicle had reportedly been there for a long time and did not appear to be occupied.
