Apartment building fire at Blair Mill Village East

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire departments were dispatched to a reported working building fire at Blair Mill Village East Apartments on Blair Mill Road in Upper Moreland. Units responded to an apartment in that complex for the possible fire. Radio traffic also briefly referenced an assault victim at a separate location on Stairager Street and North Forest Avenue.
