Single-vehicle crash into tree on Moscow Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, authorities responded to a reported crash near Moscow Road after an automated crash detection alert. A tan Toyota Highlander apparently left the roadway and struck a tree, and the male driver sounded panicked and possibly intoxicated or confused, reporting an arm and hand injury. Rescue units were sent to the scene.
