Man seizing and not breathing near Marsh Avenue

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a medical emergency near Marsh Avenue in Hospers involving a 53-year-old man who reportedly had a seizure, may have overdosed on pain medication, and was not breathing. Multiple ambulance units were called for paramedic assistance and CPR was reported in progress.
