Woman having seizure near N 7th St in Humboldt

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a possible medical emergency near North 7th Street in Humboldt involving a 50-year-old woman who was actively seizing but intermittently breathing. An ambulance and other units were dispatched for transport, and she was still reported to be seizing when responders arrived.
