Young child reported vomiting and choking at Grant Grove Gift Shop

As discussed during the dispatch call, eMS was dispatched to the Grant Grove Gift Shop for a young female child (reported as about 2–3 years old) who was vomiting and possibly choking. Units acknowledged the call and one unit reported already on scene.
