Intoxicated neighbor threatens couple with knife

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of an intoxicated neighbor outside near Markham Terrace who allegedly threatened to harm the caller and her boyfriend. The caller also reported that the neighbor previously had a knife in his hand but no longer does. Officers are awaiting a suspect description.
