Vehicles strike fallen tree on Harvey Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic indicates a vehicle apparently hit a large tree, leading to at least one traffic accident near Harvey Road and surrounding roads. Two vehicles reportedly struck the downed tree and one left the scene. Police, fire units, and county road crews responded, and sections of Route 260 and nearby lanes were temporarily shut down while the tree and debris were cleared from the roadway. Reports on injuries were conflicting, but responders on scene later indicated there were no injuries.
