Possible cardiac arrest near Clover Road in Hurt VA

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded near Clover Road for a possible cardiac arrest at a residence. At the same time, responders assisted four kayakers who had overturned a boat and made it to an island, and confirmed they were out of the water and apparently safe. A deputy was requested to respond to the scene.
