Suspicious person in car asking minors for cigarettes near laundromat

As discussed during the dispatch call, units were requested to a laundromat on Highway 62 for a report of a suspicious man in a maroon Ford Fusion with Arkansas tags. The caller said he asked children for cigarettes, stared at a 14-year-old girl, and then continued driving laps in the parking lot.
