Driver swerving and stopping in street near Harborside

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a red SUV near Harborside by Second Street that was driving very slowly, stopping in the roadway, swerving, and traveling without headlights. Deputies issued a be-on-the-lookout alert for the vehicle.
