Neighbor dumping items on caller’s property

As discussed during the dispatch call, a caller near Cinder Road and Lamb Road reports that a neighbor has allegedly been dumping items on her property and requests that the neighbor be trespassed from the area. The neighbor reportedly lives to the east and is not currently at home.
