Vehicle crash on East Gulf to Lake Highway

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire and rescue units were dispatched for a reported vehicle collision on East Gulf to Lake Highway near South Croft Avenue. Initial information suggested a person might have been unconscious, but responders later indicated the person appeared to be awake and busy.
