Two-vehicle crash after car hits moose on I-95

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic reports a vehicle on I-95 northbound in the Island Falls area struck a moose and another vehicle then hit that car, with a possible total of two patients including one person with chest pain. Fire, ambulance, and state police are responding to the scene near mile marker 278.
