Elderly woman found hypotensive and lethargic in dining area

As discussed during the dispatch call, eMS respond to a medical emergency at a Beech Tree care facility involving an elderly woman on the third-floor dining area who is reportedly hypotensive, lethargic, and not fully alert. A separate earlier call involving a juvenile appears to have been canceled after the patient refused care.
