Woman having heat stroke and breathing trouble in Jackson

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a medical call near Melissa Drive in Jackson for an adult woman with an apparent heat-related illness and breathing difficulty. CPR was reported in progress and the call was upgraded to a possible cardiac arrest. During the same time, officers also investigated a recently reported stolen vehicle located near a Dollar General and made contact with the driver.
