Onslow, this is Medic Nine.

We are inbound to your facility with a (number withheld), (number withheld)-year-old male patient coming for home.

Patient is non-verbal, bed-bound, history of cerebral palsy.

We had a call this afternoon for unconscious fainting.

Nursing staff on scene said that the patient was unresponsive.

Upon arrival on scene, nursing staff was performing CPR on the patient at home.Patient had a strong radial pulse and adequate breathing noted.

He's currently alert.

Verbal stimulants, looking around a crew.

He is nonverbal, so unable to verify if he has any complaints at all.But he appears to be in no signs of distress at this time.

Vitals are as for his current as follows: I have a heart rate of 103 , showing sinus tach on the monitor.

SpO two is 98 % on room air.

I have a respiratory rate of (number withheld) and an end tidal of 50 .
