Grass and power line fire on State Route 9N

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews were dispatched near State Route 9N in Upper Jay for trees and power lines reported down with small grass fires and a possible transformer on the ground burning. The caller reported two small burning areas not close to nearby houses, and responders were advised to look for a green Hyundai Cruze parked by the road.
