Man reportedly taking items from parked vehicle

Apparently a vehicle that belongs to (name withheld) has been left on this female caller's property last night, and there is now a (name withheld) trying to open it.

He's not the RO.

Apparently there's cash all over the place and he's taking stuff out of it.

And

New Hampshire plate (number withheld).

(number withheld) does indeed come back to (name withheld) as the RO.
