Person with prior stroke shows speech issues at home

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire and medical units were dispatched to a home on Southwood Drive SE for a possible stroke. The caller reported the woman had a prior stroke history, slurred or nonsensical speech, and difficulty forming sentences, with symptoms starting about 10 minutes earlier.
