Animal stuck in drain near Drury Lane

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews were dispatched to a possible animal stuck in a drain near Drury Lane in Westmont Borough. Units also addressed a small fire that was reportedly against a local ordinance, and the occupant extinguished it after being advised of the rules.
