Burglary report involving intoxicated male outside home

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a possible burglary in progress at a private residence on Bowen Private Drive in Joppa. A woman reported that her child’s father had forced entry earlier and was now outside the locked home. The man reportedly arrived in a gray Jeep Liberty and may be intoxicated. Units were requested to respond quickly.
