Female crying in street near Twisted Fish requests help

Said that they were driving and a female named (name withheld) was standing in the middle of the street crying, asking them to call 911.

They continued on on the bus, but she said that she was going to wait at the Twisted Fish.

Great.

She is a native female, long dark hair, black and (description withheld), and black and white pajama pants, and several bags with her.
