Exhaust pipe blocking lane on Highway 61

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a 911 report of a possible road hazard in the 800 block of Highway 61, near the S-curve past a Dollar General, where a large piece of exhaust pipe was reportedly lying in the roadway.
