As discussed during the dispatch call, a 79-year-old female apparently fell and sustained a hip injury with deformity at Bear River Lodge near Mirror Lake Highway. She is unconscious and breathing. Emergency medical services are responding and have advised response time is about a minute. The patient is not being moved due to the injury.
