Suspicious person sitting in roadside chair

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies respond to a report of a suspicious person sitting in an old living room chair by the roadside near South Houston Lake Road and Blue Meadows Drive. The person is described as a male wearing shorts, a dark sweatshirt, and possibly white socks, and it is unknown if he is sleeping.
