Argument between dog owners at park

It's been holding for a minute.

And holding.

The caller just said that they were walking their dog and their dog went up to another person's dog and the individual was yelling at the complainant.

Caller stated that they're just waiting on the east perimeter of the park currently.

They did want contact by phone too, so I'm not sure if they're still there or left, but the last information I have is that they're still on scene.
