Family dispute over phone at Hart Flat home

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies responded to a reported family disturbance near Hart Flat Road in Keene where a man was possibly taking a mobile phone from a family member. The response was conducted without the use of emergency lights or less-lethal equipment.
